No doubt the reason for Lukoil not proceeding will be kept confidential … just as the details of FARs agreement with a third party are confidential. If that agreement is not terminated, come June 3 WPL may decide to not complete the sale. The ultimate depth of this mobs incompetence is yet to be revealed imo.
