Trying to find a new tenants is equally as hard as they're told by locals that the business had previously closed due to the fact that they couldn't find staff. True this not in the city but a beachside town on the Sunshine Coast, but you'd think that somebody would want to work in hospitality ie chefs, cooks waitresses. The problem seems to stem from the fact that there are no overseas backpackers now who would normally take on these jobs.

sounds like the businesses where not viable and the rent too high along with property prices
