You can't compare the valuations based solely on numbers. The brand is worth more than $50m alone. A little bit of knowledge of business valuations is a dangerous thing when you don't take in the full picture. Take off the blinkers. Run your approach on APT at IPO and tell me what your recommendation would have been.
