The information provided in that ASX ann seems very early stage.
The 100km^2 area had 82 test holes drilled, each hole had samples
taken at 5-6 depths. I looked mainly at the data tables at the back.
80% of the sand was >99.6% which seems pretty good, but not as good as
our Muchea grades at 99.8%-99.9%. Some of the sample points had a
low iron impurity, just like VRX's Muchea deposits.
I counted 42 out of ~400 samples had Fe2O3 below 100ppm (like
our F80 and F80C muchea grades), whilst 227 samples out of ~400
were 100-200ppm Fe2O3 (like muchea F150). These seem to be
the grades that are fetching the high prices. Their Al2O3 and TiO2
impurity levels were roughly the same as ours. So I'd say this sand
deposit looks to me to be not so different to ours, purely on the basis
of grades and impurity levels. But whether it can be mined economically
is another question, and some people have red flagged a few issues
this morning. It will certainly be a huge advantage that VRX is the
furthest advanced to become a silica sand producer, these other guys
have all the work ahead of them. But maybe this gives Bruce an additional
option to look at these deposits in a year or two for a possible JV,
provided the deposits can be mined economically.

They're at least 3 years behind in the process, and VRX will have sown up the rail capacity for it's own requirements by the time this one ever got going. Probably the same sand dunes, so no surprises that it's good quality. Early advantage has a lot going for it IMO
