1+1=3 is how both boards management talk about this merger, synergies are unlocked by merging that otherwise don't exist without one another.
Contact numbers are available in announcements, give management a call to voice your concern or to ask them yourself for their sentiment. As for public funds in top 20 shareholders, send them an email and ask for their opinion.
