everyone gets freaked out by the cost of the infrastructure.....its all a part of the development process, but worth remembering that the cost is well covered usually by an offtake agreement or similar ....and no doubt, given APA has already done the groundwork for the preFEED, then they would certainly given such an agreement some early stage thoughts by now
