Not quite!, converting option at 4 cents when share price is 12, doesn't necessarily mean "strong belief" at all. it's simply a 200% quick money opportunity that any fool won't let go.
My point is: the outstanding number of shares on issue grows much quicker that the coins in the tin. Somebody call that a confidence, but not in the best interest of existing shareholders.
and that's why I call it annoying.
