We don't know what applications Renesas was allowed to use the Akida IP for - Was it for a broad spectrum use or was it for a specific use ?
The announcement says
" BrainChip to deliver Akida 1.0 neural network intellectual property (IP) for use in customer’s system-on-chip (SoC) licensed products•Agreement includes a single-use design license, implementation support, per unit royalty and ongoing software maintenance services"
Can anyone that has done more research than i have elaborate on this ?
