I am very confident that the ARMv9 has absolutely nothing to do with Brainchip.

If you read the syllabus put out by ARM for its ARMv9 training course it anticipates you have done the ARMv8 course.

In the add ons to that course it does not mention the neural network core so the only assumption to be made is that you rely upon what you learned from the ARMv8 course for training the neural network core.

If you read those instructions the neural network core is a convolutional neural network that operates on fixed either 8 bit or 16 bit activations. Not a data to spike converter in sight.

Further the security used on ARMv8 and ARMv9 are from the same technology family which is commonly used in the industry to secure important data by processing and storing it separately from the software. So here too not an unseen pattern identification system in site which is at the core of the AKIDA cyber security system.

Thirdly there is not one word about any capacity to run the ARMv9 unconnected.
