Not sure what your history with TLS is, but you seem to be very negative about the company. I do agree with some of the things you say, especially when it comes to managers who are receiving substantial pay checks for irrelevant KPIs - modus operandi of any large organization. And as with any large corporation change to entrepreneurial operating model takes time and often it eventuates in a different shape & form that mum & dad investors would like to see. Restructure and shift from growth to value investing has been positively received by shareholders and major brokers and it’s evident in TLS share price - 27% increase over 5 months is a pretty good ROI if you ask me. Happy to hold considering the direction that TLS is taking.
