Just a disclaimer @GravityWaves, pretty sure they had the same stuff with one of the previous capital raises for $52M prior to the issue of the initial drawdown of $20Mil with Mercuria and this did eventuate.

I wonder if this CR may have been a condition of finance Mr Gravity to de risk Mercuria.

If you refer to the "Stage1 Funding update presentation" dated 1 April 2021 page 3 we get a little more insight to the Mercuria finance as follows:

Indicative and non binding term sheet signed.
Financial completion is subject to certain conditions precedent and mandatory approvals. Expected to be within 50days.

Previous credit approval for $20mil was on the 21 May 202O and was for a 12month loan if memory serves me right. It would not surprise me that another condition of the new additional $40M is that the previous loan amount be fully repaid. 50 days from now puts our last repayment pretty close to this timeframe.
