Have to wonder what rabbit can be pulled out of the hat to get the SP up again. Maybe an announcement on the completion of the Malta complex could give a short term boost but, having the complex without actually producing anything meaningful sort of dulls that prospect.

In the last 4 or 5 years that I have known this company, the biggest issue has been the changing of their stated priorities - the just don't seem to have a clear path of operations. Not even completely clear to me what their purpose is. They started off as a supply company with a cosmetics arm, then moved into a medical cannabis company (and trumpeted that quite loudly) but they have morphed again into - what? I have no idea anyway.

What is their whole reason for them even existing?

VC was, of course, a fiasco. We all put it down to MXC not having the experience dealing with companies that may have not been as honest as they should have been. Mind you, that should have been partially rectified by a successful legal remedy in the UK court of arbitration. Given that MXC makes no mention of these legal proceedings then it becomes not only murky but downright suspicious. Was it MXC that was at fault some how?

The next biggie was Cannaglobal - this was touted to be the making of MXC - they had learnt their lessons from the VC affair and were now embarking on a wonderful new path with guaranteed supply agreements for 5 years and a 10% stake in a rapidly (aggressively was the term used) growing big layer in Canada - MXC was plugged into the expanding North American market. Success was assured.

Then there were the endless supply and distribution agreements - so many we were all asking how MXC could possibly meet the demand from a small Slovenian growing operation.

Then success with getting one of just 5 land grants in Malta - and we MXC got EU GMP - like winning a lottery. We were all on a winner here - millionaires in a few years for sure. We gladly handed over cash to fund the Malta complex construction - gave MXC $5mil saeled with a kiss of affection. Do you want more? Just ask us again.

I barracked for MXC - what a brilliant company with a brilliant future. Was there with a group of loyal shareholder supporters.

Then.............nothing. Cannaglobal just vanished - along with the $5mil for Malta. None of the supply and distribution agreements ever seemed to realise their potential - most not even talked about anymore. Sure $1mil from VC - just gone.

Still, a lesson in life. There is nothing in this world that is guaranteed to be successful. MXC was a company that had everything going for it. It squandered its good fortune. It dashed the hopes of its shareholders - and it treated those shareholders shabbily.

A story that should start ringing warning bells for the current crop of enthusiastic investors in the UK and here.

If any investor is interested in MXC as an investment - then ask why all these things happened - and don't be satisfied by some form letter response. If the answers are forthcoming then consider whether this company is worth supporting.

Everyone learns their MXC lessons at their own pace. Some wake up to it earlier than others

Hope you can take this in the right spirit these days

Imagine if you had taken the posts of the non-holders on board back then. 9c.... bet that would have been a nice outcome for you in hindsight.
