    No reason for management to show urgency. Rolfe's on $2M a year. He is in no hurry whatsoever.
    This "re-structure" smells of what happened to BNB. Time will tell. If it isn't and a takeover happens at 20c+, I will be the first to congratulate all who are still holding BBP.
