I'm aware that there are reports in the media of some people dying- usually in hospitals- and when a PCR test is performed as part of the autopsy, Covid-19 is listed either as the cause of death or a contributor to the death. I haven't done too much research on that but I have no doubt that it's most likely true.
But that's really not relevant in this situation. Covid-19 won't make you go from a standing, walking human being to a corpse within 20 minutes. So quite logically, Covid-19 is not the cause of death here.
Your previous post makes mention of George Floyd having various drugs in his system and again, I'm not going to dispute that at all. So he's a drug user with some health issues; this is not exactly the crime of the century, nor is it particularly unusual. My brother-in-law is a lifelong drug user. I have health issues from my previous employment- almost all human beings on this planet have health issues of some sort.
I can only assume that seeing as George Floyd was going about his daily business just like any other human being that day, the presence of drugs in his system may have been illegal (however you want to define that)- but they most certainly did not cause his death. Being prone on the ground with a cop putting his knee onto your neck for nearly ten minutes will kill most people- and my very strong assumption is that it fact did so in this case.
