Incidentally, the FOB/CFR diff goes something like this:
" Pilbara Minerals to continue to reduce cash operating costs towards its target of US$320-350/dmt CFR China or US$270-US$300/dmt (FOB Port Hedland and exclusive of royalties) on a SC6.0 basis."
