m.m.m. I think you have miss read chaleas comment, it actually referred to an earlier posters comments. The point he is making is that it probably won't go back to the issue price and has given an example of such, BOW. This actually has the hallmarks of a share price rise once the sooks get out and will be oversubscribed IMO.
