I find it appaling how we are able to trade on Primary Markets but it is behind closed doors. Either we are not listed or we are listed. Knowledge is power. If people want to trade their shares, they should be able to do it, without this obscurity and communication between third parties. The Board already have the power to block a share transfer - they exercised it with another poster (can't remember their name) and myself. I would have made 10x my investment considering the 50cents trades occuring on PM if that order went through a few months back (not including the number of shares I have held for 3 years) if the Board had not decided to block a legitmate trade. The other poster might have made even more.
And then this email 44 and a half hours later....
The legality of all this is sketchy at best - This was while the bids were public knowledge. Now they are even clouded with more obscurity.
