Do you want to elaborate on that assertion a little?
We're not back in an uptrend, but I think you can hardly say a down trend 'dominates' - at least not from anything I can see on the charts.
Lately, the volume has petered out to almost nothing, so no trend is 'dominating' right now. Check out also the super flat MACD.
Zooming out a bit, yes maybe we're not yet hitting higher-high's but we're certainly hitting higher (or at least consistent) lows. The descending wedge that played out is not inherently a negative indicator (bullish even) and it's played our right down to the edge and then continued out on the positive side.
