In your experience, if you assume a situation similar to IOU (small cap; well-hyped industry such e-Payments / Fintech) for a CR in the $40M to $50M size:
1. how many participants would you normally expect on a placement like this?
2. would it be fairly evenly split ie 15-20 funds getting around $2M each, or does it vary hugely (5 getting a big chunk and the rest fighting it out for parcels)
Not asking specifically for IOU but this sector/size in general.
