Keep an eye on Inspira Technologies IINN. They are listing on the Nasdaq next week, in fact the only company to list in the week after Easter, which normally doesn’t see any listing at all!
IINN are a Israeli Med Tech developing a product to help with respiratory support with minimal invasion. The product has not even been tested on humans yet!
They are looking to raise $17m giving a valuation of $89m.
Again like the valuation metrics of MOVE, this would suggest the GMVD deal is priced to list IMO.
