Not financial advice and DYOR but this is my attempt to work out the Riley Iron Ore Financials.
The comment: 'The PFS is based on a Probable Ore Reserve at Riley of 1.6 Mt grading at 57% Fe (representing an 80%
conversion of the total Indicated Resource base)' which I think it mean a 20% discount but it also depends on quality but I've based on it on my calculations. I'm also not sure how to work out the Tasmania Royalties of 5.35% of Net Sales as it's a two-tier system so I've left it out but this is my attempt.
At USD $90 = Profit AUD $30M (Exchange Rate $0.68 AUD)
At USD $120 = Profit AUD $60M (Exchange Rate $0.75 AUD)
At USD $150 = Profit AUD $110M (Exchange Rate $0.75 AUD)
At USD $165 = Profit AUD $135M (Exchange Rate $0.75 AUD)
What we need is the AUD to drop against the USD.
