I have been your greatest supporter over 6 years or more because you bought an optimism in the face of many critics but now I think it is time to really put the scrip in the bottom drawer. Just let what happens happen. In the light of what has happened to the company over the last 6 years your words have a hollow ring to them and cannot be taken seriously anymore.
The auditors are refusing to sign off on the accounts claiming the company was insolvent when trading 2019 and it is ongoing till today It is a very serious charge that ASIC would take very seriously if proved and this has been going on for a long while. Remember when the company called in their their own voluntary liquidators to manage their way out of the situation rather than declaring bankruptcy and they had over $10 million of suppliers debts all around Cairns and regardless of whether they were in negotiation or not to repay the debt that is not the way it is done. ASIC demands and expects theses crises to be anticipated and a line of credit to be in place or a CR or a white knight to come to the fore well before the crises hits. It was clear to blind freddy that the company needed a cushion of working capital of at least $20 million as cushion...I had mentioned it on HC
Now look at it now huge fees are being incurred and if it does get refloated imagine the dilution that will occur on top of what we have already had while at the same time the current management makes sure that they get their cut...it could go private...totally mismanaged and definitely management is not aligned with shareholders interests.
So imo you are just throwing chunks of red meat to the starving...better to go quiet and wait and see.
