There needs to be a carceral response from the regulators?The regulators need to crack down on the poor behaviors and ineffective customer service of these organisations and their managers to right the wrongs of the path and create growth.
Consumers have lost faith in the regulators and lost faith in the organizations that are so poorly regulated.
