Hi kpax. Have undertaken the weekend research assignment as requested and basically have not come up with any additional expectation of the PAA Board. I sincerely hope others have given this the serious consideration it deserves and as such do not use it as an excuse to simply go off on some random & subjective tirade.
Do I think their obligatory reporting and broader "messaging" is as good as it may otherwise be - well, think you already know I have been a vocal critic in that regard and have no reason to change however, don't really believe they are better or worse than the vast majority of small to mid tier ASX listed entities so probably no hanging offenses to date . Pretty sure if anyone wanted to go on a (especially specifically regards ASX rule 3.1) witch hunt it would not be too hard to apply some pressure to many Boards.

The ASIC for a period (not sure same extent currently applies) that in regards (an IPO) prospectus a potential investor should be able to open the doc at any page and have a clear understanding of the proposal - obviously not the whole proposal but that their should be no unsubstantiated claims or market predictions and any statement should be consistent and not contentious so as not to misrepresent. On that basis suggest very few such documents could not be technically picked apart. Some are better or worse than others of course.

Having said all that from the perspective of a lay person and appreciating your penchant for obviating detail via research very interested for you and others to lay bare (if not in specific detail) the sort of thing that has caught your eye. Do you see it as being the outcome or caused through lack of resource (eg. time / manpower) or perhaps believe it is detail that the lay person does not need or worst of all avoidance (which would at least technically) result in non-compliance.
