No underwriter for the SPP is a bit of a concern as well. Most SPP's have an underwriter and I would think that PRR management would have sought one prior to the ann. of the SPP.

I just can't believe that the PRR have attracted negative attention to themselves by their ann. of their free shares. Surely if they were so confident that they were going to be able to get 7c in the SPP they would have been confident enough to make their oppies exercise at aleast 5c. Got me baffled.

If they have great news coming, they could have granted themselves the oppies at a higher price?

If they have great news coming, why didn't they arrange the SPP after its ann. so they may have got more than 7c?

If they have great news coming, they should have been able to arrange an underwriter for the SPP

If they have great news coming, why aren't the big boys snapping them up at all costs, the market cap of PRR is not real high in the whole scheme of things

The management's decisions are baffling and with the positivity in the ann's and this forum, the weakness in the share price is even more baffling. It just doesn't add up. I'm hoping that in the near future, it all does add up though....
