Well in short , not alot hence why we are in the situation we are in . But paying himself a salary of $400000 and awarding himself an equal amount of performance shares and pretty much sending the company broke and then putting the company into suspension for 12 months plus , and talking a whole lot of shit about what the company was going to do and not delivering on any of it . Lifestyle company for his own personnel gain and doesn't care about retail investors. Is that enough.
