Then why the huge insto buying over the last couple of days ? The volume is almost certainly a result of insto buying
They are buying because they see a bottom ,or close to it in phosphate prices .There will be a big spike in fertilizer prices ,in the same way the DJIA ,the copper price ,the platinum price are spiking up after hitting their bottoms .Fertilizer is just lagging .The share market is always 6-12 months ahead of the actual economy ,and if you ignore that fact you will lose out .
Many stocks have tripled in price ,and only now the experts are talking of light at the end of the tunnel .
To win in the share market you cant wait for the economic indicators to turn ,including rock phosphate prices .
The share market and many commodities have been rising very strongly against all the doom and gloom merchants ,and the more it rises the louder they get ,but it just keeps going up .Why is that?
The economy ,and the share market are two different animals ,and are not entirely in step . they do overlap but the market is in front .The share market predicts and the economy follows .
Those that do best on the stock market understand this fact .Unfortunately for Rod and Phil ,they dont .
The smart thig to do is to follow the money flow ,and at the moment the money is flowing in to fertilizer stocks ,and it is certain that fertilizer prices will follow within a couple of months .
And the smart money has been flowing into MAK in the past couple of days as well . The fertilizer prices may well go down further ,and the doomers will be in amazement as fertilizer companies share prices increase .Thats because they dont understand the market .Thats just the way it happens .
