I have a different perspective of how executive should be paid, they like us shareholder should stand in the same line, and the get bonuses and dividends when we do. ... sure they can salary paid by us along the way, but the rewards will be when everyone gets rewarded- and not before and certainly not when a company isn't making any profits. why make them millionaire (some cases billionaires) while shareholder (actual owners) suffer
Make them totally loyal to shareholder with KPI- basef on huge profits, and bonuses based on huger profits not as many companies do when an assumed market cap is reached- all based on the perspective of a totally over value SP, a prespective that is speculation or what might be without hard income- just look at Wall streets over valuation. ...whose actually getting payed- shareholders... me thinks not.
