Hi Event i think most people have misunderstood the Prepaid inventory margins. What do you think of below interpretations ? Personally I think below numbers are exactly what the Prepaid inventory business will look like - just a the details IOU provided from the presentation below.

IOU allocates $1mil cash to buy prepaid airtime.

If say this gets us 100,000 prepaid vouchers at $10 each and IOU only paid $970k for that's a $30k margin.

Now we sell out 100,000 prepaid vouchers in a week, IOU gets $20k a week gross profit and the distribution channels gets $10k profit.

Do this and repeat for 1 year and that's $1.04million gross profit at $20k per week x 52 weeks on a $1mil per week Prepaid Inventory turn over.
