A: Use it and contact him directly, he will be happy to discuss what he can.
B: Sell your shares and stop whining, move on to greener pastures
or;
C: Do what the rest of us do and accept the we are all responsible for our own investment decisions, stomping your feet and throwing a tantrum will bring you no joy or satisfaction.

Move on or wait patiently like the rest of us. I don't believe holdtight was offering to contact DM for you, I took it as him telling you to contact him yourself.
