Personally I am now semi retired and I prefer to work on my golf handicap and catching barramundi off the beach in front of the house

I believe you would have to have a financial advisors license and possibly a brokers license also to provide the information service you are envisaging.
Charting is more a hobby than a full time job for me these days .
