I enjoy reading your posts, they are always full of great information with everything backed up by facts. I have a few questions and was hoping you could help me out.

What website do you use to get your prices for REE resources and how do you convert the ppm to an accurate kilo/tonnage?
How do you import these prices to your spreadsheet and can you set it so it updates automatically from the website?
As we get closer to the SS completion, do you have a rough idea on how to value the market cap in relation to the resource $ value?
Regarding the MOU, what value do you believe it will add to the stock? i.e. with China’s resources depleting, and the discussions between the 4 countries (AU, US, JP, IND).
What would you consider to be a logical/beneficial outcome from the MOU - Takeover, Takeoff Agreement, skip the BFS and go straight to production? (Highly doubt it).
Long term share price target, over the next 1-5 years depending on BFS, REE price, extraction, production and sales?
