On 1 September 2008 the company issued 27,500,000 shares to Odyssey Energy Limited
(ASX: ODY) as consideration for the purchase of Odyssey’s oil and gas asset in the Helper and
Jester-Bloomington projects in the USA. This acquisition increases the consolidated entity’s
interest in Helper to 100% and a 100% working interest in most of the Jester-Bloomington project.

these could have been traded at any time, and at the vendors (ODY) request have been put on escrow, which emphasises much confidence one would think... you reckon ODY new less 9 months ago than they do now, i think not Davo...
