I am just wondering where the acquisition funds come from. I understand that there have been a few options exercised that have built things up a a bit, but we aren't talking tens of millions of dollars, I don't think.

They are either acquiring something small, a small part of something, or are planning on using funds raised in the NASDAQ listing to fund the acquisition.

I can see many ways in which the company would need to disclose a fair amount of information related to a query at the moment.
