The value of the newco will be determined in the Data Room. If the partner pays say $A300 mill for 50% of the newco shareholding then the newco would be worth $A600. Example only.
If one billion shares are issued for the new co (example only) and its valued at $A600 mill then each share would be worth 60 cents each.
At this stage we will have offtakes and finance organised.
From there the we have 50% shareholding to partner, Mali free carried 10% (100 million shares) plus an option to buy another 10% (working capital for new co) and holders to receive the balance.
Example only. The Doc usually pulls a surprise so nothing ever works out how we see it. . One billion shares on issue is not over the top when looking at other Lithium companies that have not yet organised finance.
