I got burnt badly in this sh!t show.
But the second I heard GJ say the words "we need to be pragmatic" I knew basically all was lost. We, doesn't mean us, it shows he doesn't give a toss about the retail SH's.
It's a nice way of saying f*ck 'em, without accepting any responsibility or accountability.
