As Nerve-Wrecking as it may be for some investors, especially new investors, to experience their first 'pullback', I urge you to revisit all that research you did prior to investing in RAC ... If you still believe in your research, as I do, then a pull-back should merely only serve as a second-chance opportunity to buy more shares at a cheaper price, that, when we were sitting at +$4.00, you wish you had bought biggrin.png

I personally initially invested in RAC at $1.90, and have seen this more than double... Was I tempted to sell?? ABSOLUTLEY NOT!

RAC has a long and prosperous journey ahead it, and selling for measly 1 BAG would be crazy... I even topped up at $3.73, and happy with my investment choice... Now the Market Gods are giving me an EXTRAORDINARY opportunity to top-up even more at these prices biggrin.png

For some however, it may be short-term pain, but for a Long Term Gain

I encourage, in fact urge, you all to read this following article...And then re-read it again

    https://microcapclub.com/2014/08/the-conviction-to-hold/ (What an Excellent read)!!!

"the only way to hold onto a big position after it makes a big move is to know the underlying company better than anyone else. Greed and fear will test your resolve, so you need to learn to keep these emotions in check. You need to believe in your due diligence and form an unwavering conviction"...

Bags are made by those who believe in a company, invest in a company, and let the story play out... And yes, there will be times when a SP takes a beating, or consolidates for an extended period of time, but if you truly believe in your own research and the potential of the company that you have invested your hard earned money into, fluctuations in SP shouldn't bother you one bit... In fact, any dip would present as a great opportunity to top-up / average down or up and further increase your holdings at a discounted price in a company in which you firmly believe the fundamentals..

My mental health would literally deteriorate to a point where I would require serious therapeutic interventions IF I watched every few % rise and fall of the SP...

One thing I have learned from my excellent mentors / teachers whom are HUGEE investors within this spec space, is that their success has been achieved through extensive research of the companies they invest in, a "conviction to hold" through the ups and downs and they NEVER watch the daily price movements of the SP...

In a great company in which you have a strong a conviction, the "share price will take care of itself" ... Just sit back and watch your holdings flourish

Anyways, this is my current chart of RAC... Very simple, yet quite telling I think...

I believe we are entering the demand zone (the two green lines), which is the point where impatient ST traders (and weak hands) are flushed out... This is where we will start to see more buying by those who believe in RAC (including myself), may consolidate for a while, before our next move up...

Further, if we look at the daily chart, all of the important EMA'S are still above each other... 50 above 200, 20 above 50 etc...

I still see RAC in a very nice uptrend albeit a slight pullback in SP...

Excited to snap up as much as I can within this demand zone biggrin.png
