Great letter nilnil! A friend who deals with Shaw Securities says that they are asking their clients who are in Oz to send out a letter to Bazza also. From what he read over the phone, their suggested draft sounds a bit like yours. (Is it the same?) Excellent idea and excellent text and I will certainly do the same.

The notion that AM can accept a job with MinMetals and just stay on at OZ while having any input into acceptance or rejection of other offers is quite scandalous. It is a clear conflict of interest and testimony to the total disregard that these people have for shareholders.

We must insist on hearing details of other offers - wether they be though to be good or bad - particularly the Morgan Stanley one cited so definitely in the Fin Review last week. How can we vote 'yes' or 'no' until we have the facts?
