    It is possible. The buyback price will be a 'dirty price' it will include interest and principle.

    Think of it this way. If BBI bid 50c in an off-market tender tomorrow, this would effectively be 4c of interest (your interest arrears) and 46c of principle.

    So if you participate you ARE getting your interest arrears paid.
