I have no wish to add to the posts that have been forthcoming, other than to say I am disappointed that you did not make an appearance in the aftermarket to apologies properly.
We all make comments that we regret afterwards but I was hoping that you would have taken time to address the issue and offer a heartfelt apology.
It would be cathartic for both you and shovel.
