In a normal situation with a business professional I would 100% agree with you but not with MT. He has turned on everyone that hasn't agreed with him or he's had a fallout with and he is the highest of profiles and is always going to attract unwanted attention from both sides of the media
FMG have a great relationship with China, what if he's outspoken on China in relation to climate issues??? It would be world news
I just don't see the upside with him but I do see lots of risk. He is opposing mining and we will always be a core mining business.
We have proven that our leadership team has been without peer over the last decade so why risk a high profile rogue in the hope he can open doors that I think are closing very quickly. I am still yet to hear from anyone that can say he will be fantastic for........
