I agree with most of what you write, now and of yore, but
this struck me as insufficiently respectful.

Jim Sinclair provides a public service, pays the cost of maintaing his site, so that people like us can learn, be reassured, and guided. He is extraordinarily generous with his time and money. How about "As Jim Sinclair has repeatedly stressed to us ...".
