    BBI didn't lose 98% of its value because of your so-called "death spiral".
    It lost 98% due to the GFC, high debt levels and panic by investors who were prepared to exit at any price.
    BEPPA plunged because some large BEPPA holders viewed BBI as history and therefore assumed BEPPA would also be worthless.
    Nothing to do with death spirals.
