Well... we all know I have said I believe the first application has no basis for its variation of 3D seismic removal, therefore, I don't understand on what technical basis the first application will achieve approval. I think it is more likely Keith Pitt will wait for the second application to hit the Joint Authority stage.

And I believe there are tonnes of other issues, like failing to progress the permit, (extension on top of extension), and applying for extension inside of the 60day no extension window at the end of the permit year... etc etc the list goes on and on.
