Per Shortman - interest is approx 2%.
Shares on issue approx 4.75b.
2% approx = 95 million






So, if I accept Shortman's data as accurate, the short interest went up during December 2020 to approximately 2% of issued capital. Matching that against the chart, the area in red circle is where they went short, lets call it an average of 12c to be generous.95m shares at 12c = $11.4m.

95m shares at 14.5c = $13.775m.

Someone's currently in the hole for $2.375m. Ouch.

If they try and buy back all those shares in one fell swoop they will stuff their own position. So I reckon the bots are the shorters buying back to keep it under the radar.

No wonder there are large orders at 15c trying to scare off the retailers.

Finish will be very interesting, but I would be delighted to see the shorters suffer maximum financial pain.

Someone let me know if the logic or numbers are off.
