I must admit that I am struggling with this price.
I have said before AMP wanted 5, could get 4 billion for AMP Capital but then they lost Adam Tindall etc. even with problems it is just hard to see it not worth 3.5 billion and the bank 1.5 billion. This takes into account the unknown China stuff.
if I look at debt and cash and likely income streams/potential profits it is still possible to come up with a $1.70 valuation. So I am back to a hold. I did have over 50 cents more on the value but the poor management has made me drop this. But still a hold at this price.
