Hmm.. yeh I couldn't find any of my info to contradict that. I think that is the case, it looks like the companies life has been on the clock and every day could be closer to catastrophe.
It tells us a lot about the psychology behind the decision. Keith Pitt even said he wanted to "get on with it"... but then has been slower than the average application. If this is on purpose.... there is a problem. So it looks like he knew about the urgency, and here we are..
