We take a tablet of Monepantel ( the compound) , it stays in our system as Monepantel for the first four hours, then it is metabolised to MPL/ S the Sulphone, it the Sulphone that stays in our bodies for a half life of 94 hours. That Sulphone is the cure. They are just testing the whole parameters of the drug.

PAA announcement says on the 24/09/2020 , “ the cell line worked planned her is transitional to that previously conducted by PharmAust, providing evidence to directly determine the applicability of Monepantel testing in organoid work as the next step”.
In this announcement, it is mention twice we now progress to human cells lineage namely lungs.
PAA parameters on this announcement was based on non human primates systems.
Next step Organoids, I will explain how that works tomorrow.
