PickmeAmonkey,... PEN just purchase lbs to fulfill contracts into 2022, So doubt PEN will be producing anything till after then, besides PEN still needs to get its chemistry right,... So how will PEN get any U lbs to supply any government stimulus funds,... Thats just BS pumping talk...
