yes they can.
a 3rd party COULD launch a takeover bid for the corporate entity of IXR, without breaching the terms of the MOU.
I am pretty sure that would be correct, because IXR would almost certainly otherwise be in breach of the ASX Rules, and Corps Act.
A takeover party would then deal with the issues of the MOU. They could simply continue with it, or otherwise.
all just IMHO.
